Sadie and Randy Russo – A husband and wife team that created Bonbons. With eight years of bakery experience under their belt, they decided to tackle the restaurant business. Those that get to know the pair will see their passion for a high quality, sustainable, and yummy product. They are hands on owners, so don’t be surprised if they are manning the front, running food or are cooking.
They took over a family run bakery in Arvada eight years ago that has been open for 32 years. La Patisserie Francaise is a scratch made European style bakery. Fresh bread, pastries, custom cakes, breakfast pastries and much more!
Friends accused them for booking travel around food, and honestly every vacation, and travel experience, that’s exactly what they did. They like to bring a bit of that to several dishes at bonbons, but don’t ask Randy unless you want a story!
